Songfinch, a growing marketplace connecting users with musicians to create custom songs, announced today its partnership with School of Rock, the world’s largest and most trusted music school boasting over 280 locations around the globe. The partnership was built on both companies’ mutual dedication to enriching lives through music.
Songfinch makes it possible for anyone to discover talented musicians and turn their personal stories into a custom, one-of-a-kind song. The platform allows musicians to earn a steady stream of income writing and producing music, adding songs to their repertoire, and expanding their fanbase. Through a robust application process, Songfinch accepts the most talented and creative individuals to join its growing artist community of over 1,000 musicians within various genres.
The partnership with School of Rock gives its 8K+ instructors the chance to apply to join Songfinch’s roster of music professionals through the following platform additions:
Application: School of Rock is listed as an affiliate, which expedites the review process internally.
Listing: If selected, the artist will be listed as a School of Rock artist and qualified to match with prospective clients for projects.
Artist Features: Songfinch will feature School of Rock artists on the website and include “School of Rock” as a search term when looking for an artist.
“We’re thrilled to partner with the most innovative and influential music school out there. School of Rock’s community of instructors exhibits the talent, creativity, and professionalism we’re looking for in our artists,” said Rob Lindquist, co-founder and COO of Songfinch.
“School of Rock’s dedication to enriching lives through music extends to our entire community, including our incredible staff,” said Rob Price, CEO of School of Rock. “Through this partnership, we can provide our instructors with an additional opportunity to earn reward and recognition through music and reach our goal to build the world’s largest community of songwriters.”
