Leading independent DIY digital music distributor TuneCore has partnered with Hi-Res streaming and download platform Qobuz to make music available from TuneCore’s vast roster of artists on the Qobuz service.
TuneCore is owned by Paris-based digital music distribution leader and artist development company Believe. Qobuz, also Paris-based, is a worldwide leader in lossless and 24-bit Hi-Res quality streaming and downloads.
The partnership with Qobuz represents TuneCore’s continued dedication to expanding distribution for its roster of diverse independent artists. Qobuz offers an exceptional range of music genres, many of which are overlooked by other digital service providers, all in Hi-Res.
The company currently has access to over 70 million tracks in lossless audio quality.
The dual offering of both streams and downloads allows Qobuz users the opportunity to choose between streaming music via subscription and purchasing downloads to own and play via Hi-Res compatible hardware.
